The Book of Songs

English Summary: The Book of Songs is the oldest existing collection of Chinese poetry. As one of the “Five Classic Works” stated by Confucius, it has been studied by scholars in China. The main contents of this collection depict social life of China.

Wow! It’s so cool that there is a song of books! Starting all the way from Confucius times, I respect that this book still exists and that it holds the oldest Chinese poetry. Also, it is even more interesting that it depicts the social life of China back in the day.

It really intrigues me how far we have come, yet so close we have remained to tradition. An example of this: Confucius’ writings and teachings. It was an amazing idea to include one of his pieces in your article, but also a great job with your brief interpretation and report. Excellent work.
