Lo Mein is one of my favorite chinese dishes. I only eat this dish in chinese restaurants because my parents don’t know how to make lo mein. I don’t eat it too often because Lo Mein contains a lot of oil. I did not know that Lo Mein is one of the most popular chinese dishes in America. Thanks for writing!

Lo main is amazing. I love it because it’s the best nag bot the buck at most takeout places. Meaning it fills you up the most without spending a lot. It also has great taste and the texture of the noodles are great. They almost remind me of udon but thinner and more flavorful in my opinion. Lo Mein only has one downside, it is pumped with MSG.

I love lo mein, it’s delicious. Just the savory taste and amazing presentation is so unforgettable. Everytime I have lo mein I never really think about the history of it. Thanks for writing about it because now instead of just thinking about how delicious the food is, I can also be reminded of the countless years this meal has been made for and eaten. Its also quite an interesting fact about the long prosperous life with the long noodles. Very intriguing and interesting!
